DTaP Vaccine? Have you taken it?

Question

I had my DTaP vaccine yesterday and at first it didn't hurt but a few minutes later my arm was numb. Hours passed and I started to feel my arm heavy. Today my arm hurts and it's heavy an at times gets numb at the wrist to fingers.. (like when if I have my arm hanging)

Have any of you experienced symptoms similar to mine? Should I be concerned?

From what I've heard that's all totally normal. 
Only reason to be worried is if the injection site turns red or swells

As always, call your doc if you are worried. But I got mine on Tues and have lymph node swelling under my arm pit and collar bone as well as a having a sore arm for a few days. The swelling of the glands is an uncommon reaction, but the last time I had this vaccine it happened so I knew to expect it and doc says I'm fine. Just want the baby to be protected for when he is born.

I got mine yesterday along with a flu shot. My arm didn't hurt until this morning. The pain is different for everyone though I bet. Luckily my nurse did the vaccines in one arm...but it hurts if I lay on that side. You could also be allergic and having some kind of reaction. Do you have any Benadryl on hand? That may help you. Hope you feel better!!

Got it yesterday. My arm is sore and I didn't sleep worth a damn last night

My arm hurts a bit, I got mine on Tuesday. If you are concerned then talk to your doctor or a nurse. It doesn't sound serious but I know it probably seems scary.
