22 weeks? Baby #2

Question

22 weeks and this evening ive been having sharp pains that come and go fairly quick but it hurts when it comes its below my left rib cage it shoots all the way up my stomach to my ribs? What could this be? Sorry if it dont make since thats the best way i new how to explain it! Lol

I think I'm having the same thing! It hurts to breathe and it's so sharp and painful! Sometimes I can just breathe slowly through it and other times I'm doubling over. My doctor said it's my uterus growing into my lungs and ribs, but I'm also 22 weeks and I didn't think it would be any where near my ribs just yet. The only other thing that makes a little  sense is maybe the ribs are moving in order to accommodate the uterus in the coming weeks? But either way it's painful.
