Big boob problems?

Does anyone else with big boobs suffer from upper back pain? It's really killing me, and now it's effecting my sleep.  Any suggestions or remedies anyone has would be great.

I'm a 34DDD so I mean, I'm not very big for such big boobs. My entire back hurts. Upper and lower. I know sleeping on your stomach isn't good for your back but it's the only way I can fall asleep. I'll go over to my boyfriends and we'll cuddle (spooning) and I'll end up with a sore back in the morning. If I ever do sleep on my back it's on the floor. Does wonders for me. Also I'm covered for massages and they really help. Other than that, reduction is an option.

Try breast reduction surgery,  I know someone whom have done it . Some  insurances pay for it .

I'm 38 DDD it's not the top of my back it's my lower back. MRI showed I have arthritis really bad. If my girls are free they are happy, when they are trapped all day in a bra my whole chest hurts. My hubby says I can get em reduced and I need to.

I see a chiropractor regularly to help with my back problems and go for massages every 2-3 months. There are also exercises that you can do to strengthen your back and neck muscles and your core.

I usually get my finace to push in my upper back and crack it for me most of the time i just deal with the stiff back i have DD40 chest and holy lord my back kills some days
