I'm thinking I gave a fast let down in the afternoon and evenings. My 3 week old feeds fine during the day, but from about 4pm on, he pulls off, choking, and/or crying. I have tried reclined positions but he's not holding his head up well enough to pull off when he gets too much. He just cries and cries. I've also tried burping him when he pulls off, but he hardly burps. And after his frantic crying and pulling off, he ends up spitting up for at least an hour. It's really frustrating for both him and me. I'm feeling super defeated and don't know what to do.
