TWW- prego or PMS?

Is it just me or are the symptoms very similar? My boobs are sore and huge but they are every month before my period. Is that period cramps or possible implantation? Anyone know a way to distinguish between the signs? I could just chill out and wait but we all know how hard that is. Also, I can't enjoy a glass of Pinot if I might be prego! 😂

Implantation cramps and stretching are dull and vary from side to side but usually dominate one side. They are almost like a ripple more than a cramp. Your vagina will feel like you are going to start your period every time the cramps happen. Period cramps are more painful. Your breasts should have dark areolas and hard nipples. Maybe a little sensitive. Check for white bumps on your areolas and nipples as well. Also check for veins on your breasts chest stomach and legs. Good luck and baby dust your way.
