So I have a combination birth control and I'm on my 3rd week now. Can I start having sex without a condom? Or do I still have to use one?

If you're comfortable just trusting BC pills, then all power to you. Perhaps wait a month just to make sure everything adds up (period schedule,etc.) so it doesn't cause added stress in the weeks to come.
