My cycles range from 29-32 days I'm on CD 32 today and AF hasn't arrived as of yet, I've tested every morning for the last week and all been negative. I've had abit mild cramping yesterday and the day before but not as much as I normally get before AF arrives. I've not had any spotting.  I have a few mild pains in my stomach and feeling sickly to the point I feel a little off my food and abit pain in my lower back at left side also since yesterday and a increase in CM it's gone watery.
