I'm in my first week of checking my sugar due to GD. So far my numbers have been good. I am a little worried about it getting worse as the pregnancy progresses though. Right now I'm 28 weeks. Yesterday morning my # was 79 before breakfast and 97 two hours later. Today I ate the same thing for breakfast and my before number was 72 but two hours after was 112. I know that's still in the good range, but is there a reason today's after breakfast number would have been so much higher?
