12weeks and no appetite 😢🙄😂

I'm 12weeks and 3days today, pregnant with my rainbow baby this is my first so I have not one clue what to expect. My last Doctor visit about a week ago he told me I was down 15 pounds 🙄. I feel like I haven't been eating right because I have no appetite for anything and still constantly nauseous. I could loose the weight since I'm considered over weight🙄😂 but I just don't want this to harm the baby any suggestions on what I could do. Or does anyone know when your appetite comes back HELP!!!! Lol
