Help!

8 weeks postpartum started my period I believe, concerned its a lot of clots and its heavy. Not normal for me last time I had this I misscarried. I called to talk to my doctor haven't received a call back. Is this normal??? And how long did your period? last after having a baby. With my first son it was regular 5 days normal to light flow no clots. This is my second child.
