Don't know how I feel...

So we've been ttc for a year and a half. I've had the blood tests and my man has had his sperm counted etc. Lower than avaerage sperm count but everything else is normal. So we go to see the doctor again to see what the next step is. But, because I had an abortion 8 years back and my other half has a 13 year old from a previous "relationship" we won't be able to qualify for IVF off the NHS and he basically said there's nothing else we can do. Don't know if I'm angry, upset, empty or what. Has anyone else been here and if so what was your next step? 😢
