So we've been together a year on Sunday and since we've been together I've always had trust issues, he's never done anything to make me not trust him but I just get jealous and over protective so easily. But basically he's telling me it's draining him and he can't take it anymore and i don't know what to do now because I don't want to lose him but I don't know how to trust him any ways to help me?
