looks like another loss
I had a miscarriage in August and just got a positive after my first cycle post D&C.
Hcg is only 40 and there is no sac or anything showing on scan so looks like a chemical pregnancy as I should be nearly 6 weeks.
Here's hoping 3rd time is the charm, I don't want to have to do this again
