OPKs and BBT?
This my first cycle tracking and my second TTC. I bought opks and a basal thermometer. I've been temping but so far it's a struggle to stay consistent with it. I'm the polar opposite of a morning person, so getting up for work at 5am is already a hellish struggle. But my question is: what do I do on weekends when I am NOT waking up early? Can I just temp when I wake up?
Also, for OPKs, I just realized that I really can't use them at work (construction, portapotties, big truck, only girl here) so that means I'm limited to first thing in the morning (and I know FMU isn't best) or after 8 or 9 at night.
Any advice? Words of wisdom?
