pressed how much do you use??

sorry it's a bit of a personal question was just wondering how much pre seed you use??? Second time using it!! First time was fine however this time after putting by bum in the air for 20 mins I got up and it was dripping down my legs obviously used to much but it didn't look that much on the applicator!! Sorry tmi!! Xx
