uncomfortably smelly

So I've been uncomfortably smelly for a week or 2 now and it only smells down under when I am doing the deed but I've tried douching not douching and the washes I keep myself clean and I have nothing wrong down there is there something wrong with me using the douches I've stopped for now because I read that they can mess up the ph I just wanna know if I'm doing something wrong and if there is something I can do to prevent this uncomfortable situation
