day 21 blood results

On Wednesday I had day 21 bloods took after first round of clomid 50mg. When I had some done last time my levels was only 22 this time they was 144. I have been told if I get my next cycle I have to go for day 9 scan to check my ovaries. And cause there so high I have got a really high chance of multiples. The word QUADS was said by the nurse. I hope not haha. I would be happy with twins. Anyone else had anything like this? Xx
