After delivering baby we have to wear socks and cotton balls in our ears with a scarf around our neck so we won't get air in us.. have to wear a really tight girdle for all the 40 days and eat just homemade soup..What are you all's old wife's tale and beliefs from you all's mom to do after birth ????
