Help claustrophobic and having MRI.
I found out during a closed MRI that I was claustrophobic and freaked out. I felt sick to my stomach hours later. I need to go back and they stated they would give me valium or Xanax an hour before. I'm terrified it won't be enough to relax me and I'll freak out again. I've never taken this kind of drug before.
Please any advice you can give would be much appreciated.
