Diva Cup??

Question

Does anyone use this instead of a sanitary pad or tampon?  I heard it was a better option than the standard period protection. Thoughts?? Experiences??

This excites me... I hate pads.. My fow is too heavy tampons piss me off.. Exactly how does this work??

Honestly I love mine and the luna cup is awesome. It took me 3-4 months to figure out how to use it and also I ordered my diva cup too big and was uncomfortable. I follow the after birth and before birth the after birth one was too big the before was perfect. It's one of those things you have to experiment with. I've used my for 3 years almost 4 I've saved almost 2,000.00 on pads and tampons also my cycles have been more regular. No more dry itchy feeling from the bleached cotton in the pads and tampons.

I agree with the others, there is a learning curve and I think I cried out of frustration the first time I tried to get it out and couldn't get a good grip on it. But I've been using it for 6 years now and absolutely love it! I've I didn't have awful PMS symptoms I probably would forget I was even on my period. It has made the bleeding part of my period so low maintenance, it's incredible. I change it about once a day (some time twice on the first day) and that is usually just fine. Plus, haven't bought menstrual  products in 6 years! 🎉

I've used mine for 4 years. I love it. It's got a learning curve, but once you get the hang of it, it's so much easier.

I like mine but it took me a while to get used to it and I had a couple panic attacks when I thought it was stuck. Not ideal if you have short finger nails haha.
