Helpppp, havent taken a pregnancy test

Im on my "period" right now day 4 but I'm barely bleeding like it seems like spotting but my period has always been irregular, comes at different times and I never have a flow that is consistent with the previous months . I had unprotected sex about 2 or so weeks before I started my period I believe October 28th maybe but my boyfriend always pulls out before he's even ready to finish but I always get very like nervous anyways I'm 16 and I dont even know if I can get pregnant because when I was younger around since I was born till I was atleats 7 I was born with my tubes going to the wrong spots and it causer alot of problems I had very high fevers everyday an I was always sick because of my tubes so I don't know if I can get pregnant of anyone knows if I can or can't please let me know !
