Ok mommies! Help me out here! (Sorta long)

So, I've posted probably a thousand and one times here recently but I feel as if everything I research doesn't satisfy question, I was supposed to get AF on the 26th of December, well she was a no show so I waited and waited 3 negative tests and 5 days later I start spotting at 4:38 am on the 31st very cruel right? Well I thought it was the start of AF only it was peach or pink or orange and only when I would wipe my urine looked like urine nothing abnormal TMI! Sorry, but as the night went on it got a little redder well I keep monitoring it and for an hour or two it TRIED and I stress TRIED to kick in but still hasn't I have no cramps nothing no normal period signs it's so light I haven't even had to use a pad, it it a tad bit heavier than what it was and redder but still not like it should be I put a pad on just incase and there is only a few spots on it....I don't know what to think as it is trying to stop it's getting lighter each time I go to the restroom, what could this mean? I'm going to the gyno one day next week but I would like an idea before hand of what could be going on, sorry this is so long but I don't feel like I would get an accurate answer unless I give you the whole story.
