Did your breasts get bigger after taking birth control? Especially the pill..?

So I'm wondering because I noticed that my boobs seem to look and feel bigger after staring the pill (yay!) but I could be fooling myself and I'm wondering if anyone else noticed this or didn't notice it after taking the pill. I'm taking the combination pill, and I'm on my second pack and I feel like I've noticed lots of changes.

Yes. They also became a lot more uncomfortable. I started to feel really icky and uncomfortable in my own body. That stopped after a while off the pill.
