Help!!!

I have had yellow watery diarrhea with yellow bits in it for a while now. Could this be bile?? I went to the emergency room. I felt better there.

Now I feel horrible again. I think all those fluids they put in me has passed through. And I'm dehydrated and weak again. I also feel nauseated but I don't vomit.

The drugstore was closed when got out. They said I have gallstones and need surgery.

I'm in so much pain it's unbearable. I wish I had the medicine. I don't think I can make it through the night.

I need advice and tips. And I need to stop going to the bathroom all night....
