Early symptoms?

Idk if you guys can tell in this pic but my hands are crazy swollen. I'm pretty sure than I'm pregnant again (miscarriage in September). I've been having back pain, swelling, cramps, major bloating, nauseousness, super super sore very tender boobs, and some cravings and aversions. It's too early to tell right now but I'm really hoping that I am. What do you guys think?

If you are pregnant enough to have all those symptoms, then you are pregnant enough to test positively. Test. We couldn't possibly know if you are pregnant

I personally can't tell that your hands are swollen, but it's completely possible that you could be pregnant. Just keep an eye out and take a test when you feel ready! Best of luck to you and Baby dust to you as well!!
