sharp pain

I'll be 8 weeks on Monday. I have this sharp pulling feeling in the middle of my lower abdomen. I'm pretty sure it's normal I just don't know what it is. I thought round ligement pain was on the side. This is literally right in the middle. I turn over in bed and when I do I feel it the worse! It seems to be getting a bit worse and wondering of anyone has been through it or know what it is.
