Constipation?

I hope I'm not the only one, but lately....(im 17 weeks 6 days) I'm so constipated! Is there anything I can do to ease this? Or is it just something I'll have to deal with.

Def not the only one! Avoid cheese, drink some apple, prune, or grape juice. Eat more fiber (fiber one bars and raisin bran are good).

Colace helps if diet isn't doing the trick. It's ok to take as it's not a laxative but a stool softener. I'm 17 weeks and I've had constipation since week 8. 😜

Oh your not the only one!! Do you take a prenatal with iron? That's probably it if so. My doctor said to take colace or miralax.
