Trying to conceive

Has anyone had difficulty getting pregnant after there birth control ..i had my birth control taken off in March and ever since then we been trying to have a baby unfortunately no luck..this past month about 2 weeks ago I went to the ob/gyn to see if something was wrong and nope everything can out 100%perfect and my partner is the same way..so far I'm 4 days late but I took a pt and it was negative ...has anyone gone threw the same situation and if so what have you guys done ...
