please Help Me. 3 DPT

I got an HCG shot on Monday, I was inseminated on Tuesday. I'm on Metformin as well. So since Thursday night I've been having bad cramps in my pelvis bones. It almost feels as bad as regular cramps but my period shouldn't even be for 2 weeks (crossing my fingers for a pregnancy). I know the HCG shot can cause nausea, bloating etc but I can't even sleep on my stomach at night because it hurts so bad and I'm literally using the bathroom every 3 hrs. I've been to the so many times my urine (I'm sorry tmi) is clear.
