struggling to breathe at 22 weeks?

Anyone else really struggling with shortness of breath? I'm only 22 weeks along and not particularly big but I am short of breath 100% of the time. Even sitting completely still of lying down doesn't help. The breaths I manage are shallow and I'm often dizzy...anyone experience this?

It sounds to me like you need to go in and be evaluated. Unfortunately pregnancy puts us all at risk for blood clots. I would be concerned that a blood clot travel to your lungs and is the cause of your shortness of breath, also hypertension and preeclampsia can cause shortness of breath as well. Do you feel like your heart is racing? If I was you, and you feel short of breath at rest I would going to be seen right away. I would actually be going to the ER.

I am 21 weeks and I can go up the stairs and feel like I'm out of breath. I have to move positions to breath better.
