I wait until it actually shows up wet in my underwear. The  have sex ONCE a day. More than that can actually decrease sperm count and make it harder to conceive.

Some people even recommend every other day for that reason. It's a fine line between having sex as much as possible to increase your probability and having it too much and decreasing it.
