Dieting while TTC?

Anyone have any experience with any diet out there while TTC? I still have previous baby weight that I want to get rid of but also don't want to do anything stupid that will hurt our chances of TTC

Don't think of it as dieting, just eat clean and nutritious foods and make sure to get enough calories. I'm trying to lose some weight and get healthy while ttc too ;)

I will be doing a lifestyle overhaul. eating healthy and exercising can help lose weight and boost fertility.
