TTC please help!

i have been off the depo shot for six months now and me and my husband are ttc. i dont have any kids yet and cant wait to be pregnant. does anyone have any tips or tricks they recommend that can help you get pregnant faster? any medicines or vitamins or anything really. also what are your favorite brand opk kits and pregnancy tests? i apologize for not knowing all of the abbreviations. please please comment ladies!
