retinal detachment

Can anyone tell me anything about this? I think I've had it for a year now... black spots on my right eye, not so much on the the left... feel like my right eye strains a lot.. I know I'm nearsighted in that eye but it's gotten worse since I was 19 I'm now 23... I always feel like I'm going to blackout,,, like I have a shadow over my eyes. Always dizzy. And so many more symptoms.. especially feel like I'm losing circulation to my head.. do have headaches to go along with it.. my old glasse, I can see a little bit better with them but I'm scared it'll make it worse
