Do you even have time to reflect on the fact you're pregnant? Or am I the only one who can go almost an entire day without even thinking about the fact that I'm pregnant? I spent my morning cleaning the house (obsessed with hot water,  vinegar and baking soda right now!!!) and then 1 yr old spent the better part of the day puking everywhere. Awesome. Poor kid. I typically find myself focused on my toddler way more than myself/my baby right now, because he's a ball of energy and I have no "me time". This is exhausting. Bless you mothers of multiples or with multiple young children. Idk how I'm going to handle 2 under 2. Lol
