episiotomy?

How long did it take for you to heal after having an episiotomy?? I know it's only 4 days since having my baby but I'm just curious.

I had a 2nd degree episotomy and after two-three weeks I could sit again without being uncomfortable im now almost 7 weeks and no discomfort. Not too sure about sex yet though!

Didnt have an episiotomy but i had a 4th degree tear that tore all the way to my butthole 😣 and im 23 days postpartum and its still healing, had to have stitches there and i also tore on the top of my vagina and inside of my actual vagina. Still painful to sit and go potty and walk. Hopefully you heal sooner than me

I'm 5 days PP and mine is feeling loads better. I'm still using the cold pads and numbing spray.
