Working Out Together
I used to go to the gym, but lately there's been distractions by family, school and work, and just overall I've gotten out of the habit.
My boyfriend is currently working less than 15 hours a week, and he's always bored. He says all the time that he wants to get in shape, so I figured good motivation for both of us would be to add him onto my membership.
I never did a lot at the gym, mostly running and a few machines, but he's interested to doing weights.
I don't know anything about most of the gym equipment, and don't really have my own routein. What could he and I do as gym newbies to get in shape together?
