opk not reliable
Hi,
I had an ultrasound done on Wednesday by a fertility doctor. My follicle was an irregular shape which she said mean that I either just ovulated or in the process. That same morning I had egg white cm, a flashing smiley and a 2 line that was as strong as the test line.
I kept taking opks but in Thursday night and Friday I got solid smiles and 2nd lines that are stronger than test line.
Everything I read says that irregular margined of follicle indicate ovulation but also that LH surge ALWAYS happens prior to ovulation.
Did anyone have this happen?
I will call the doctor on Monday but I'm going crazy meantime. It doesn't matter in terms of bad timing just seems really abnormal and that something wrong with me.
