pregnant or not?

I need help. I haven't had a period in nearly 8 weeks but I've had all the pregnancy symptoms and I took 3 tests about a week and a half ago they all came up negative so I went to the doctor and had blood tests done I'm still waiting to hear back. I've had the sickness, the cravings, the discharge, the headaches that keep coming and going . Should I take another test just to see what happens or wait to hear from my doctors?
