clomid question!!

This is my first round of clomid my last dose was on the 20th and I ovulated on cd15 I am now 9dpo. I am experiencing twinging feeling on mostly my left sometimes my right side. The other day I notice stretchy clear/creamy white cm?? Is this a good sign or a sign that AF is coming? I usually get the cramps around my lower stomach area before AF so the twinging is very different for me. Really hoping for our first BFP! If you had the twinging feeling while taking clomid I'd love to know!
