anyone else's baby breech?

I'm almost 31 weeks pregnant and my daughter has been breeched since 28 weeks. I'm not to worried since she still has time to turn around. My question is, is there anything I can do to help her turn around? And if she decides to turn around will I be able to feel it or tell?

Yup... as of 28w5d. They said plenty of time to turn.  I'm not super worried because I have a scheduled csection anyway.

32 weeks tomorrow and baby either sits breech or transverse.

There are exercises. My doctor gave me a handout. I tried them, but ended up feeling sick while I did them, so I stopped. I've also heard acupuncture helps. I just accepted he was going to be breech and had the c section.

My baby isn't breech, it's head down but my midwife said its not in the best position still. So I've been doing various exercises. Make sure you don't lounge or lean back on the couch or chair, you can lay down on your left side or sit on an exercise ball. Also, everyday I do the following exercises: cat/cow pose (on all fours), then on all fours put a pillow between your arms and rest your head on the pillow with your butt still in the air. I also sit on the exercise ball and I do pelvic tilts (you might have to look up an image how to do this). Then anything that opens your hips ex when standing sway from side to side, lean over counters/tables, etc. Hope this helps!
