Very confused for my due date 😰😰😰

So my first due date originally was planned for the 18of January, now I know this could be changed but every time I'm having a scan is different and I really start to freking out because I don't get where I'm actually in my pregnancy so far I have 3 different date last one today on my scan on the 23of January, my doctor last time told me on the 27of January so what date I have to follow I'm so confused right now 😒😒
