Sweep and Induction question

Is 41+2 to late to have a sweep? I have a midwife appointment next week when I am 39+2 but my midwife is on holiday the week after when I'll be 40+2 and is not being covered by anyone so won't be having appointments. Will she do a sweep next week or is it to early? Also when I'm 41+2 is that leaving it to late to book me in for an induction if it's needed? As that is when I'll see her after next week.
