Bday gift for my husband?

So I've spent so much money on Chrsitmas gifts, New years and I've just paid for my husband wedding band.. I'm seriously broke lol his bday is this month and I have no idea what to buy him yet but I wanted to also take him out to his favourite restaurant and that's already going to be around 150$! Valentine's Day is also coming which I'm not so worried about but for his bday?! Please help! He wants to go shopping and he likes the brand express so is 100$ gift card for express good enough? I'm taking him out for dinner as well, let me know what else I can do thanks!
