I had spots n still spotting, went to the ER Saturday come to find out I was pregnant and had a rapture cyst. Just go see your doctor and see if your numbers are going up. I'm making appt tomorrow to go see if my numbers are higher. I'm worried myself.

Mine was like that and I ended up miscarrying. It took about a week to get a constant flow of blood. It was spotting before that. Ask your doctor to do HCG tests to see if the number is going up or down so you know for sure.

If you're having cramps while bleeding, I'd call the dr immediately

I started spotting back in December  and ended up miscarrying but that's not everyone's case .. Keep a check up
