Skin tag on anus??

Okay so this is embarressing... i have a skin tag on my anus from my first pregnancy which never went away and i now have like a swollen bit of skin down there as well i looked in the mirror and it doesnt look like a vein just a big swollen bit of skin that hurts when i do a BM or wipe and i will bleed a little bit.... will it go away eventually or will i have to get it cut off?? I am only 17 weeks and baby is sitting up near my belly button most of the time so i dont understand why i have gotten this thing back? I dont strain when doing a BM or lifting anything if i am a big cloged up i will take a laxative drink so i never strain.... could this thing tirn into a hemroide?!?!?! I havent been doing my kegals much as i keep forgetting but can i do butt kegals 😂 to idk suck it back up where it came from? I dont want to go into delivery with an embarressing butt hole aswell i already have a huge dangly labia!
