labor near?

37 weeks & 1 day today. Last Monday I got checked and was dilated to 1cm, been eating lots of fresh pineapple & been walking. Been having random contractions since last night, lots of period like cramps & pains in my back today, and watery discharge. I haven't had my bloody show or lost my mucus plug. Could labor be near???
