PCOS 😔

TTC for 2 years now, was told I have pcos at the age 16 and that was 5 years ago, haven't gone back to the doctors about it since, only to my primary for regular check ins. Finally want to know everything I can do or if there is anything that could be done for me with ttc. I have an appointment in a month to go over it and ultra sounds for any cysts. But if anyone could give me some vague information or what helped them personally, that would be wonderful. Thank you!
