Is this considered cheating?

I talk to this guy that I met on Facebook we've really been clicking and we've been texting talking on the phone and FaceTiming but I have not seen him in person he always has an excuse on why he can't see me And when it's time to see me something comes up. So yesterday me and my ex fucked really good and he wants me back. But they guy that I talk to acts like he's my boyfriend. So I'm not sure if me fuckin my ex last night is considered cheating on this guy. I'm kinda thinking about dumping him because we've been talking ever since September and this is November and I haven't seen him.
