ugh, hurts to nurse and pump
Soooo... wondering what I could have.
Background: a couple of weeks ago I got diagnosed with thrush, and was taking an oral antifungal, plus topical nystatin cream. I was also cleaning between nursing and pumps with vinegar/water solution. Still doing all of the above (minus oral med) for two weeks.
So since Friday night, it's now really hurting mostly when I nurse. Mostly on one side. But it feels like my nipple itches (more so on the inside of the nipple). And both of my areolas feel like they are "raw" or burning.
Could this be the thrush making a comeback? Or something else? Ugh
